On the morning of June 28, the Petrochemical Garden Marketing Center opened grandly on Civic Avenue. It is reported that the Petrochemical Garden is located in Gongqinghe New City, which Maoming Municipal Government will focus on. Its location is on the south side of Civic Avenue, adjacent to the Civic Park, and to the east of the project are the Maoming Civic Center, Chongwentang, and the Olympic Sports Center planned for Gongqinghe New City. The petrochemical garden project covers a total area of about 400 acres, with a total construction area of about 1 million square meters. It consists of 45 high-rise residential buildings with 32-33 floors and a total of more than 5,000 households. The project is mainly for Maoming Petrochemical employees and high-level talents. The developer, Jinyuan Sunshine Real Estate, will strive to build the Petrochemical Garden project into a new model of ecological, livable and vibrant human settlements.
